Create a reward
Open the Rewards page under Gamification for your location, click + Reward, fill in the reward details, and click Save to add it to your location.
Before you start
You must be signed in to the Monstro X dashboard.
Create a reward
From the dashboard, open the location where you want to add the reward.
In the left sidebar, open Gamification and then Rewards.
Click + Reward in the top right of the rewards list.
In the Create Reward dialog, fill in the required fields:
Reward Name — the title shown to members.
Description — what the reward is about.
Points Required — how many points a member must earn to claim this reward. The minimum is 50.
Limit Per Member — how many times each member can claim this reward.
Limit Total — the overall cap on how many times this reward can be claimed. Leaving this empty sets it to unlimited.
Optionally, add images under Upload Images for Reward. You can upload up to 5 images by dragging and dropping or browsing your files. Each image must be PNG, JPG, or JPEG, no larger than 1 MB, and the recommended size is 800 px by 800 px.
Click Save.
The dialog closes, a toast message says Reward Created, and the new reward appears in the rewards list.
If creation fails
Required fields are missing — fill in Reward Name, Description, Points Required, and Limit Per Member.
Points Required is too low — enter at least 50 points.
