How to add merchandise

Open your location’s Merchandise page and click + Product to create a new product. After the product is saved, use Add Variant to define SKU, price, and stock for each item version.

Before you start

Your account must have the add merchandise permission. If you do not see the Merchandise page or the + Product button, ask your account owner to check your role in Staff settings.

Create a product

  1. In the location dashboard, go to the Merchandise page.

  2. Click + Product.

  3. In the Create Product dialog, enter the product details:

    • Name — required

    • Slug — optional; must be unique for this location

    • Description — optional

    • Brand — optional

  4. Toggle Activate Merchandise if the product should be active immediately.

  5. Click Create.

A Product created confirmation appears, and the product is added to the list.

Add product images

Images are optional. You can add them during creation or later by selecting Update on a product.

  1. In the product dialog, open the Images (optional) section.

  2. Click Add images and choose files.

Accepted formats are JPEG, PNG, GIF, and WebP. Each file must be under 10 MB. Drag images to reorder them; the first image is used as the default thumbnail.

Add a variant

Variants are the sellable SKUs for a product. Every product can have multiple variants for color, size, or other attributes.

  1. In the Merchandise list, find the product and click Add Variant.

  2. Enter the variant details:

    • SKU — required; must be unique for this product

    • Color — optional; must be a valid hex color

    • Size — optional

    • Price — optional; must be 0 or greater

    • Stock — optional; must be 0 or greater

    • Active — toggle to make the variant available

  3. Save the variant.

A Variant created confirmation appears. Repeat for each version you need.

Edit or delete a product

From the Merchandise list, click Update on a product to change its name, slug, description, brand, images, or active status. To remove a product or variant, click Delete. Deleting a product removes it and its variants from the location.
