Getting started

Set up holiday and custom closures

Set up holiday and custom closures in your dashboard to block reservations or notify members when your business is closed. You can set automatic rules for common holidays and add one-time closures for maintenance or special events.

Configure default holidays

In the closures page, open Default Holidays to choose which common holidays should automatically affect reservations.

  1. Select the holidays you want to observe.

  2. Choose a Holiday Behavior:

    • Block all reservations — prevents new and existing reservations.

    • Block new reservations only — stops new bookings while keeping existing ones.

    • Notify only (don't block) — sends a notice without blocking bookings.

  3. Set Advance Block Days to define how many days before each holiday the blocking starts.

  4. Toggle Automatically notify members if you want the system to send notifications when reservations are affected.

Add a custom closure

Use Custom Closures for dates not covered by default holidays, such as maintenance or special events.

  1. Click Add Closure.

  2. Enter the closure type, reason, and end date.

  3. To apply the closure to a single session instead of the whole location, select the session.

  4. Choose whether to notify members.

  5. Save the closure.

Cancel a single session

When only one class needs to be removed instead of a full closure, cancel the individual session.

  1. On the Programs page, expand the program and find the session.

  2. Click the more options (⋯) button next to the session.

  3. Select Cancel Session.

  4. Confirm to cancel the session and notify affected members.
