Managing your subscription
Change your Monstro X account plan from the Billing page in Settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
This article is about your account plan. To create a subscription for a member, see Create a member subscription.
Upgrade your plan
Go to Settings and select Billing.
Select the plan you want to upgrade to.
Confirm the change.
The upgrade is active immediately and you can use the new features right away.
Downgrade or cancel
Go to Settings and select Billing.
Select the downgrade or cancel option.
Confirm the change.
Your current plan stays active until the end of your current billing period. After that period ends, the downgrade or cancellation takes effect.
Downgrading may affect access to certain features. Export any data you need before changing plans.
How billing changes are calculated
All plan changes are prorated fairly based on the time remaining in your billing period.
