Creating Packages

Packages in Monstro X are one-time plans you assign to members, usually with a set number of classes and an optional expiration date. Unlike recurring subscriptions, packages do not renew automatically. You add a package to a member directly from their profile.

Before you start

Your location must have at least one package plan and pricing option configured. Package plans are created as one-time plans in your location's plan settings.

Add a package to a member

1. Open the member's profile under your location.

2. Go to the Packages section.

3. Click Add a new package.

4. In the dialog, select the package plan and pricing option.

5. Set the start date. The default is today.

6. Optionally choose an expiration date.

7. Optionally enter a total class limit (up to 100 classes).

8. Select the payment type: card or cash.

9. If paying by card, select a saved payment method.

10. Click Register to create the package.

After the package is added

The package appears immediately in the member's Packages list. The member can use it until the expiration date or until they reach the class limit, whichever comes first. You can pause or resume a package at any time from the same list.
